E così, ho letto il suo libro per capire se é così sassy e divertente e intelligente anche nello scrivere. Beh, lo é!
Il libro parla di Franny, aspirante attrice alle prime armi. Le vicende narrate prendono spunto da quella che é stata la reale esperienza di Lauren Graham. Franny cerca di trovare il suo spazio nel mondo della recitazione, senza scendere però mai a compromessi. É una protagonista da cui imparare molto, di cui elogiare la spontaneità e la gentilezza. Sembra fragile, come le dice il suo agente, ma in realtà é un soldato. Ed é una cosa che mi ha colpito perché mi ricorda molto stessa, che posso sembrare debole ma che vado a testa bassa e fino in fondo, combattendo.
Chissà se un giorno arriverò anche io a essere la mia personale versione di Lorelai Gilmore, per ora mi godo il tragitto!
Romanzo delizioso, Lauren Graham é bravissima sia come attrice, sia come scrittrice!

I must admit that, as any kind of smart life form, I am devoted to "Gilmore Girls". I have seen so much time I can't remember, I know by heart entire episodes. Lorelai and Rory are such friends of mine. And most of all, I've always wanted to be like Lorelai. She is beautiful, sassy, smart, funny, ironic, generous, spontaneous. So, she is perfect. And I've always imagined that the actress who plays the role, Lauren Graham, is like her.
So, I've read this book to understand if she is so sassy and funny and smart in writing too. Well, she is!
The novel tells the story of Franny, a novice aspiring actress. The events told in the novel arising from the true life of Lauren. Franny struggles to find her place in the world of acting, without never agree to a compromise. She is a character who can teach a lot, nice and kind. She looks fragile, as her agent says to her, but she is actually a soldier. It's something that remember, I can look weak but I keep going on, with a hanging head.
Who knows if one day I will be my personal version of Lorelai Gilmore, for now I enjoy the journey!
Lovely novel, Lauren Graham is very good as actress and as writer!
