In questo libro c'è politica estera, scienza (fatemi conoscere il piccolo Damien!), pettegolezzi, relazioni umane, ma soprattutto l'amicizia di due uomini e i loro discorsi su tutti gli aspetti della vita. Un trattato di sociologia e storia irlandese direi, con quel po' di lirismo che solo la Guinness ti sa dare.

Come on, sometimes it's good time for a funny book! And this one is super funny! After the last page, amongst other things even a Saturday evening, I would like to go out with Roddy and ask him to drink a beer with me. Sitting next to him, talking about the Royal Family (- Which one? - How much do you know!! - Norway? - Where is Norway? - I don't know... Africa?), soccer, even if I don't understand it much but whatever, about Schettino and Berlusconi, and yes, I feel ashamed a little bit.
In this book there is foreign policy, science (I want to meet Little Damien), gossip, human relationship, but more the friendship of two men and their speeches on every aspect of life. An essay of sociology and Irish history, with that lyricism that only a good pint of Guinness can give.
