Avevo letto gli altri sei libri ed è un eufemismo dire che definisco Becky una ragazza stupida. E' talmente tonta da essere irritante.
Però Sophie kinsella è un fenomeno editoriale che non si può assolutamente sottovalutare, e così ho deciso di darle l'ennesima chance e leggere questo libro.
Forse sono io che mi sarò addolcita, forse è un sacco di tempo che non leggevo di Becky e forse mi ero dimenticata com'era. O forse sono cambiata io profondamente, chissà...
E' che ho trovato questo libro più interessante, più gradevole... finchè non sono arrivata all'ultima pagina. La situazione non si era ancora conclusa con il solito fine e pensavo ci sarabbe stato un colpo di scena risolutivo e improvviso. Invece no. Situazione rinviata a un ottavo libro della serie (a questo punto sicuro). E io odio quando gli autori (o gli editori?) decidono di terminare i libri così, all'improvviso!
E dire che mi ero pure ravveduta! La signora Kinsella ci metta un po' a terminare il prossimo perchè ho bisogno di superare il mio attuale stato d'animo... e dire che stava andando così bene!
Darò a questo libro due stelline... sarebbero state tre o quattro, ma quel finale mi rovina tutto!

When I read the news about a new books about Becky's saga, I said "Noooo way I'm going to read it!".
I read the other six books and, in my opinion, Becky is a total idiot. It's so stupid she is annoying. But Sophie Kinsella is a publishing phenomena you can't undervalue, and so I decided to give her another chance and read this book.
Maybe it's me, I am quieter, maybe it's too much time I didn't read of Becky and I have forgot something. Who knows...
I think this book is more interesting, more pleasant... as long as I arrive at the last page. The situation wasn't yet finished with the usual happy end and I thought was going to happen something sudden and decisive. Instead, no. Everything postponed to the eighth (now sure). And I hate the writers (or the publishers?) who decide to terminate their books in this way, abruptly!
I daresay I even changed my mind! Mrs Kinsella, please, take your time to finish the next one because I need to ride over my current mood...
I am going to give this book 2 stars... I wanted to give them 3 or 4, but those final pages have ruined everything!
