L'autore scrive davvero bene, il libro scorre via veloce, è divertente e intelligente.
Dall'altra, un certo senso di superiorità femminile verso i maschi e quelli come il protagonista. Vincenzo Malinconico è bravissimo a cantarsele e a suonarsele. Analizza le sue emozioni ma non sa affrontarle, è ancora perso nel ricordo di una donna ma per dimenticarla non fa altro che andare a letto con altre due che sono l'indisponibilità sentimentale fatta persona. La persona che lo conosce meglio ed è quello che lo capisce meglio di se stesso, è il suo psicanalista. E' contrario alle emozioni ma ne parla tantissimo.
L'unica altra cosa di cui parla in lungo e in largo sono le canzoni italiane anni Sessanta. Ma non solo dei ricordi e del tempo che fu, proprio un'analisi sintattica e sentimentale approfondita. Che poi uno si chiede come non sia possibile che la sosia di Emmanuelle Beart ti scoppi a ridere in faccia. Chissà...
Lo ammetto, sembra che la parte dei difetti superi quella dei pregi. Ma io in realtà ancora lo consiglio. Perchè è un bel libro, divertente, uno stile di scrittura piacevole. Se una persona ti piace davvero, non è che solo perchè ha la pancetta e non ama leggere come te smetti di fartela piacere. Nessuno è perfetto. E siamo tutti favorevoli alle emozioni.

I haven't made up my mind yet on how to start this review. Because I'm between two fronts.
The author write very well, the book flows away rapid, it's funny and smart.
On the other side, a kind of female air of superiority to men and those like the main character. Vincenzo Malinconico is very good at, as we say in Italian, singing and playing for himself. He analyzes his own emotions but he doesn't know how to face them, still lost in the memory of a woman but to forget her he just has sex with other two women who are the embodiment of unavailability. The man who better knows and understands him is his psycoanalist. He's against emotions but talks about it a lot.
He talks a lot about Italian music of Seventies too. But not just about memories and those times, it's just a deep sentimental and syntactic analysis. And then you wonder how is not possible that a girl who looks like exactly as Emmanuelle Beart keeps herself by laughing in his face... Who knows...
I must admit, looks like the imperfections are more than the merits. But actually I suggest the reading of this novel. Because it's nice, funny, a pleasant writing. If you really like a person, you don't stop it because he/she is not thin and doesn't love to read how you do. Nobody's perfect. And we all are favourable to emotions.
