Questo libro è l'ennesima conferma. E' una meraviglia.
Peter è un ragazzino con una dote speciale. Una grandissima fantasia. Infatti, sa sognare ad occhi aperti e i suoi sogni si tramutano in realtà. Magari può sembrare che stia solo fissando il muro, ma in realtà sta vivendo straordinarie avventure.
Il tutto, creato dalla geniale mente di Ian McEwan. Una scrittura talmente bella che anche noi entriamo dentro la storia e ne usciamo come risvegliati da un sogno incredibile.
Questo libro è scritto volutamente con un registro stilistico da libro per ragazzi, ma McEwan riesce a dare il suo particolare tocco anche in questo caso. Perfetto, sempre.
