Ero davvero molto curiosa di sapere com'era questo thriller, se sarebbe stato degno di quella fama che l'aveva preceduto. Beh, non l'ha fatto.
Noioso, personaggi insulsi, psicologia di base. Nessun colpo di scena che mi abbia stupito, nessuna idea particolarmente nuova o brillante.
Una delusione. Forse sono io che ne ho letti troppi e mi aspetto sempre qualcosa di particolare. Forse sono io che ho aspettative troppo alte e queste possono essere facilmente deluse.
Ci ho messo due giorni a leggerlo. Almeno non ho sprecato troppo tempo.

And then you wonder how is it possible that some kind of books are at the numer one in the charts and are worldwide bestsellers. Definitely, my taste doesn't find confirmation in the outside world. I feel lucky.
I was very curious to read this thriller, if it was worthy the fame that preceded it. Well, it wasn't.
Boring, dull characters, trivial psychology. Any kind of shoking plot twist, any kind of new or brilliant idea.
A disappointment. Maybe I've read too much of this kind of books and I am pretty hard to please. Maybe my expectations are too high and easy to disappoint.
I read it in two days. At least, I didn't waste too much time.
