Oggi mi sento di consigliarvi un libro molto divertente. Mettiamo da parte i mattoni filosofici e i grandi classici, concediamoci un bel libro divertente e spiritoso.
Marie é una ragazza tedesca a cui al momento la vita non sorride tantissimo. Ha appena lasciato il fidanzato all'altare, é grassottella, il padre si é appena innamorato di una bielorussa di trent'anni più giovane e l'amatissima sorella ha un tumore al cervello. La mattina dopo il suo "matrimonio" non é proprio di buon umore, ma un falegname particolarmente "divino" riuscirà a farle cambiare idea! Peccato per un futuro suocero non proprio accomodante e la prospettiva di dover affrontare momenti molto duri se Marie va avanti con il suo amore, momenti paragonabili a quattro terrificanti cavalieri dai nomi rassicuranti in groppa a cavalli di fuoco... E se ci mettete in mezzo anche Emma Thompson e George Clooney capite che la situazione é quanto meno bizzarra.
Si ride molto, si ripassa un po' di religione e si parteggia spudoratamente per Marie. Bel romanzo da uno scrittore che già lessi e che sempre mi fece ridere.

 Today I suggest you a superfunny book. We put aside philosophical heavy books and classics, let's have a funny reading.
Marie is a German girl. At this moment, her life is not very nice. She's just left her boyfriend right when they were in the church getting married, she is fat, her father fell in love with a     Byelorussian girl (younger of thirty years) and her sister has a brain tumor. The morning after "her wedding" she is not in a very good mood, but a "divine" carpenter will be able to change her mind! Pity that her future father-in-law is not very accommodating and that she has to struggle with very hard times to stay with him, times compared to four terrifyng cavaliers with "reassuring" names, riding fire horses... And if there are Emma Thompson and George Clooney too, you can understand the situation is becoming pretty bizarre.
You'll laugh a lot, you'll review religion and take the side of Marie. Nice novel from a writer who always makes me laugh.

Kim Lange è una presentatrice televisiva e la sua carriera sta decollando. E' candidata al più prestigioso premio televisivo e non vede l'ora di partecipare alla premiazione indossando il magnifico abito di Versace che ha scelto. Ma... la sera della premiazione è anche il compleanno di sua figlia Lilly e come se non bastasse il rapporto con suo marito Alex sta andando completamente a rotoli.
Kim vince il premio ma la sera stessa, dopo un'incredibile notte d'amore con il collega Daniel, Kim muore. La sua anima verrà trasferita nel corpo di una... formica. E' infatti questa la punizione per aver accumulato karma negativo nella sua vita e solo accumulando karma positivo può tornare a essere umana. Kim non si perde d'animo e,con la forza datale dalla voglia di rivedere la sua famiglia e di riconquistare Alex, l'amore della sua vita,cerca di accumulare in ogni modo buone azioni per poter essere sempre più vicina alla sua famiglia,aiutata nella sua missione da una "speciale" amicizia uscita dalla storia!

Libro carino,godibile,una storia d'amore e di buoni sentimenti senza essere patetica,dolciastra o scontata.E sono sicura che appena finito di leggere il libro,guarderete con un occhio diverso gli esseri viventi, umani o animali, che vi circondano!

 Kim Lange is a famous tv host and her career is getting off the ground. She is nominee for an important tv award and looks forward to participating in the ceremony wearing her beautiful Versace dree she choose. But... the evening of the ceremony is her daughther Lilly birthday too and, as if that wasn't enough, her relationship with her husband is failing. Kim wins the award but, the same evening, after an amazing night with her colleague Daniel, Kim dies. Her soul will be moved in the body of a... ant. It is a punishment to had collected too much negative karma in her life and just collecting positive karma she can come back to being human. Kim pulls yourself together and, with the strenght given by her will to see again her family and reconquer Alex, the love of her life, she tries to collect good karma to be closer to her family, with the help of a "special" friendship!

Nice book, lovely, a story of love and good feelings without being pathetic, mushy or predicted. I'm sure that when you'll finish the book, you'll watch with different eyes everything is around you, humans or animals.
