Mr. Robinson is on vacation between Switzerland and Italy and makes friends with an eccentric English family, the Greene, the father, stepmother and daughter, of which the protagonist falls in love. The three make friends so quickly that Mr. Robinson will soon be revealed that in one of the boxes of the family's luggage, there is all of Mr. Greene's money and all of Mrs. Greene's jewels. Just that box, among the many all the same that they carry, will have vicissitudes that will endanger this new friendship...
The story is very pleasant, very quiet, nothing exciting, it can be read in a short time, it takes up the manners and the language of the time and this is a plus. It's not worth it, though, to be honest. The best thing about this little book is the usual Abeditore graphics, at this point the only reason why I don't mind having bought it. I'm really sorry to do such a review but the story is definitely not worth the effort, it is saved by the care of the graphics and the cover.
