Quindi, diciamo che per me il libro di Babe Walker era una po' una novità assoluta. Mi sono fatta un giro diTwitter prima e, dopo aver praticamente trovato me stessa in ogni foto, ho deciso che era un libro che dovevo leggere.
Babe si trova in rehab e, come "compito in classe" ci racconta tutta la sua vita. Dalle disastrose feste di compleanno, alla sua amicizia con Roman e Genevieve, al suo grande amore con Robert, alla morte di Tai Tai, l'amatissima nonna, ai primi disastrosi approcci con il mondo del lavoro, fino alla crisi finale da Barney's che la porterà in rehab.
Mi é piaciuto molto. Mi ha fatto sorridere, mi ha stupito, mi ha fatto anche riflettere.
Se fosse una vera autobiografia, beh, la signorina Walker avrebbe avuto una vita molto movimentata. Visto che non lo é, direi che il gruppo di autori ha una fantasia molto movimentata. Comunque, carino!!

The picture in my mind about the life of a rich California girl is more or less the same of Beverly Hills 90210, the famous tv show. I could consider the poo stars, but the most of them became rich with their job, I want to talk about people rich-born. And those shows where super rich teenagers show us their "cribs" are incredibly boring.
So, for me the book written by Babe Walker is new air. I've taken a look to its Twitter and, after found myself in every picture, I decided it was a book I wanted to read.
Babe is in rehab and, as "homework" tells us all her life. From the awful birthday parties, her friendships with Roman and Genevieve, her love story with Robert, the death of Tai Tai, her beloved grandmother, the first catastrophic introductions in the world of work, until the final nervous breakdown in Barney's that will bring her to rehab the same day. I really like it. Made me smile and reflect.
If is a true autobiography, well, Miss Walker has a really animated life. But it isn't, so I think that the authors have a really animated mind. Whatever, very nice!
