Storie di ragazze che tua madre non approverebbe, come recita il sottotitolo, perchè sono donne forti, donne che decidono, anche contro tutti e tutti, donne che vivono fregandosene nel passato e del futuro, presenti solo in un loro presente.
Per alcune ho dovuto fare più fatica a "capire", una tra tutte Tonya Harding.
Conoscevo già questo libro ma l'amore è nato alla presentazione del libro nella mia città con le due autrici. Due donne, loro stesse, che mi ispirano ogni giorno a essere la me stessa più vera, libera da stereotipi della società.
Grazie a loro, e grazie a tutte le Morgana che ci circondano e che rendono il mondo un posto più aperto e libero.

A strong, determined figure, who plays according to her own rules, as do the women in the volume.
Marina Abramovich, the Bronte sisters, Saint Catherine, Zaha Hadid, among others. Stories of girls that your mother would not approve, as the subtitle says, because they are strong women, women who decide, even against everyone, women who live not caring about their past and future, present only in their present.
For some it was harder to "understand" the appeal, as for Tonya Harding.
I already knew this book but love was born at the presentation of the book in my city with the two authors. Two women, themselves, who inspire me every day to be the truest myself, free from stereotypes of society.
Thanks to them, and thanks to all the Morgana that surround us and that make the world a more open and free place.
