Le fiabe di Beda sono, per i bambini che diventeranno maghi, l'equivalente per i bambini Babbani delle fiabe dei fratelli Grimm. Se i nostri genitori ci hanno raccontato Cenerentola, Biancaneve e Pollicino, i bambini maghi crescono con Baba Raba e il pentolone salterino.
Il libro ha un'enorme importanza nella saga, infatti, é il lascito di Albus Silente a Hermione e li aiuterà a capire il segreto dei Doni della Morte.
Nel libro sono contenute cinque fiabe, tutte con protagonisti maghi e streghe. Come tutte le fiabe, anche queste contengono una morale e un insegnamento. La fiaba del pentolone salterino insegna il rispetto e l'aiuto che i maghi devono portare anche ai Babbani, infatti questa fiaba venne condannata dai maghi che portavano avanti la supremazia dei maghi PuroSangue... Anche la fiaba della fonte magica creò problemi, per il suo finale in cui nasce l'amore tra una strega e un Babbano, e infatti ecco puntuale riportata la lamentela di un mago "preoccupato", Lucius Malfoy, chi altri? La fiaba dello stregone dal cuore peloso é forse la più forte tra le fiabe, raccontando il tema della ricerca dell'immortalità da parte di un mago. Baba Raba è forse la più divertente e la più completa delle fiabe, anche se, a detta di Silente, qualche incoerenza e ignoranza dei veri poteri di un mago dovranno essere scusati! Infine, forse la più importante delle tre per il suo "ruolo" nel settimo libro, é proprio quella dei tre fratelli. Il senso della fiaba é chiaro: nessuno, nemmeno un mago, può sconfiggere o evitare la morte.
Ho trovato molto interessante e importante leggere queste fiabe, perché é sempre bene ricordare che cercare il proprio tornaconto, non voler essere generosi, pensare di scampare alla morte o all'amore, non porterà mai niente di buono.
Inoltre non posso che sottolineare ancora una volta l'incredibile talento della signora Rowling, la sua bravura nel creare questo mondo incredibile. Tanto di cappello parlante!

Who loves the saga of Harry Potter ad I do has to read these three little books. The seven books are completed and integrated by these three books: "The Tales of Beedle the Bard", "Quidditch through the ages" and "Fantastic Beasts & Where to find them".
The Tales of Beedle are, for the wizard kids, the same for the Muggle kids of Grimm's tales. If your parents told you about Cinderella, Snow White and Tom Thumb, the wizard kids grow up with Babbity Rabbitty or the Warlock's hairy heart.
The book has a main importance in the plot of Harry Potter. Hermione inherits this book by Dumbledore, and it will help the Golden Trio to understand the secret behind the Deathly Hallows.
The book contains five tales, wizards and witches are the main characters. As every other tale, they have a moral. The tale of hopping pot teaches the respect and the help that the wizards have to bring to the Muggles too, this is why this tale has been disapproved by wizards that believe in the PureBlood's supremacy... The same discussions about the tale of the fountain of the fair fortune, because in its ending is a love between a witch and a Muggle, and here it is a "worried wizard", Lucius Malfoy, who else? The tale of the warlock's hairy heart is maybe the strongest, talking about the research of immortality. Babbity Rabbitty is the funniest and the most complete, although, according to Dumbledore, the reader has to receive apologies for some contradiction and mistake about magical powers! In the end, the most important for her role in the seventh book,is the tale of the three brothers. The meaning of the tale is clear: nobody, not even a wizard, can defeat or avoid the death.
It's very interesting and important reading these tales, it's always good to remember that looking for your own personal profit, not being generous, trying to avoid death or love, is never good.
I can't avoid mentioning the extraordinary talent of Mrs Rowling, her cleverness in creating this amazing world. Sorting hats off to you!
